We Reap the Rewards of Gratitude
Being thankful is always a topic of discussion this time of year, but it’s also something we practice on a daily basis around the RevoLusion Consultants, Inc. office. Gratitude is at the heart of our approach because it offers so many benefits to our personal lives and careers. Thinking about the things we’re grateful for enhances our mental strength and gives us an extra oomph to hurdle over any obstacles we might encounter. Here are a few simple ways we keep gratitude front and center:
• Practicing Mindfulness: This can take many forms, including daily meditation sessions. With about 10 minutes of deep breathing and focusing on positive things, we give ourselves an extra boost to pursue major goals. The more we think about the wins we’ve notched in the past, the better equipped we are to achieve bigger and better things.
• Writing in Gratitude Journals: We make our proudest moments come alive by writing them down on a regular basis. Just like we put our highest RevoLusion Consultants, Inc. aims on paper to make them more realistic, having the things we’re thankful for in writing is a powerful motivator. When we catalog our personal and team wins every day, we feel more inspired to aim higher the next time out.
